Safe Laptop Temperatures

I was wondering what a maximum internal temperature of a laptop would be. I'm running on a Sony Viao S150 with Intel Centrino and a Toshiba HD. Speed Fan has my internal temps at around 38 for HD and 36 motherboard during movie watching and 36 HD and 34 motherboard when I'm just surfing the web. All temperatures are in celsius. Are these fairly safe perameters? At what temperatures should I be worried? Thanks in advance.

My machine currently has a CPU temp of 41 and HDD temp

of 30. Sometimes my CPU gets as high as 70 celsius (when burning CDs)... I think your numbers are quite low and safe.
