motion computer 1600 tablet vs. hp compaq 4200 tablet

Dear folks, tried posting this from work, but I don't think it went through. Buyers on CNET have praised both of these machines, but I want more - tell me which one to buy! Motion is 1 lb. lighter, not much...neither has optical CD/DVD drive, so no difference there...both have wireless connectivity...and a stylus...I know Motion has fingerprint recognition, but what else can you think up? I will need to load and use MS Office 2003, will need to synch with my Treo 650, want to stand it up when not writing on it, and want a keyboard I can connect at my work desk. Help!
