iBuyPower complaint

I agree with the CNet editorial that you have to be careful who you buy from. In their review, iBuyPower was singled out as one to watch.
I bought an iBuyPower notebook--without doubt it was the most awful machine I have ever purchased. Even the emblem on the top was missing and their response was an uncaring "Oh yes, we have none left..call back in a month and see if we have any!"
But, in their defence they promptly issued an RMA, and credited my credit card in a few days. I lost the $100 shipping costs--and considering the number of problems the computer had, I think they should have refunded this also--but I believe this is a standard policy among even the best manufacturers.
