KDl32L 4000 TV does not go thru boot up

TV turns on immediately without Bravia insignia showing. Results are poor picture & contrast, hard to read menu text. Problem started when tv refused to turn on and had trouble light flashing a possible code without staying on Then it stopped trying to check itself and flashes no codes. just comes on with the poor picture.

Remember I have no reason for this manual in my collection but it was good to find it with this search.

Service manuals give you diagnostic trees for you to follow and then usually lead to which board to replace.

Downloaded manual but it does not give a good troubleshooting guide. Reset to factory specs several times with no success

Tell me which board to swap out. I've seen newer techs that call those diagnostic trees no good. A longer chat finds they expected fixes or repairs that didn't involve changing boards.
