Vaio VGN-NW270F keyboard

Recently a few keys on my keyboard started to not work properly. For example, the "k" key types a "2" or the "p" key types an asterisk. If I hold the Fn key while pressing the above keys they will type the appropriate character. How do I fix this?

http://forums.cnet.com/7726-19681_102-3094485.html?tag=posts;msg3094485 has links to some laptop repair book in which the author offered some bonus material. Keyboard replacement is consider entry level repair work at the shop. The newest of techs can do this.
