Chances that Sony will release a new Portable DVD player?

Judging by the release date of the past two years of Sony Portable DVD players (2008 and 2009 models released in February) a new one should have already hit, or at least is coming very soon. The DVD player they released 3 years ago, however, didn't release until May. The current DVD player, FX930, seems to please many people based on it's resolution and (most) of it's features.

Anyone think that Sony will release an updated version, or just let this one sit until next year? I'm buying one for a cheap alternative for an external monitor while filming. The DVD players have standard AV in. I'd like component, and I'd love HDMI. The resolution is great, but anyone think Sony will release one that's 720p at the current price point of about $150? I highly doubt it, but just trying to get some speculation going on. I want to get the FX930 soon, but would have for another one to be released a week or two later.

Thanks, I'm sure no one has concrete info on something like a portable DVD player, but just thought I'd get some opinions!
