SONY'S FAILURE TO REPAIR/REPLACE MY CAMCORDER FREE OF CHARGE

TO WHOM EVER IS LISTENING:
I need help in finding someone from Sony who will repair or replace my CCD-TRV138 camcorder free of charge. I sent my camcarder to one of Sony's repair center's called Precision Camera for the repair of my camcorder's viewfinder. The charge was $100. I had only had my camcorder for just over a year and had only used it a few times. After I sent my camcorder to Precision Camera they returned it back with the viewfinder fixed, but now the cartridge holder was broken. When I called them back to tell them about the problem, they wanted to charge me another $100 to fix the cartridge holder, when I still had 60 days left on the 1st repair warranty.
I finally went to a repair shop in the city I live in and a tech told me that there was a class action suit against Sony for they very problem that I am having with Sony and my camcorder.
I just really want my camcorder repair or replaced. But if there is a lawsuit I would like to get involved.
PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS YOU CAN.
