WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH HP SUPPORT?

I have had three miserable experiences with HP support for printers over the last two years. I went to Office Max and another retailer who had shelves full of HP product. They both told me that my experience was not unusual and that they did not recommend HP printers. The department manager then took me to the Epsons and told me about their reliability.
I have a Next Business Day warranty purchased directly from HP and none of my inquires have even been answered by the next business day, let alone resolved and replaced. Have you had a similar experience?
Having run large companies, I am sorry for the support staff because they have been completely abandoned by senior management. Meg Whitman has bigger problems than she realizes.
