Touchpad scrolling on newer HP's?

I have an HP laptop that is about 3 years old. One thing I really like about it is on the touch pad there is spot on the right side I can slide my finger up and down and it will scroll the page I'm viewing. Do the newer HP's have this feature? I"m curious because I'm looking for a new laptop. Thanks so much!

The apps don't always co-operate. Example at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=626813
There are many more issues like that that come and go.
