Did you Upgrade Webroot to Webroot SecureAnywhere?

I wanted to check in with you to make sure that you have upgraded to Webroot SecureAnywhere and are not using an older product like Webroot Security Essentials, Webroot Antivirus, etc. If you have not already upgraded, which is Free, please let me know and I can then give you instructions on how to do so. One thing that may cause a connectivity issue is if you did attempt to upgrade to SecureAnywhere, but there were some remnants of an older Webroot product still installed.
