NEVER BUY HP AGAIN

I purchased a HP notebood DM3-1130 US with over 330 days warranty left. The PC won't turn off or enter hibernation. The only way is to hold the power button down for 10 seconds.
I have phone records to show I spent more than three hours with HP technical service people. FIrst person Chris had me run chkcsk, which took 2 hours. They said maybe hard disk problem. Then the second person Mohammad took over my desktop to reinstall new bios. I told them that cannot be the problem. He told me after BIOS update I cannot use the PC for 30 minutes. I am not kidding. Of course it didn't work.
Then the last agent Pravin broke a recorded dialogue to get me to the supervisor if I gave him the serial number and product nubmer.
NEVER BUY HP AGAIN.
