TechTracker Error Message at Startup

For the past month or two, every time I boot my pc, I get the same error message from CNET TechTracker that says, "Your registry is not correctly configured to use TechTracker. We need to run regfixer to correct this."
I click "OK" then everything works fine...until I restart my machine and then get the same error message again.
How can I resolve this?
