Where to post RFP for high profile ski town municipality?

I'm a project lead on implementing a new suite of permit software for a high profile ski town municipality.

Our RFP is ready to publish. Besides our town website and contacting some top vendors, where should I publish the RFP? Which tech sites are effective for this?

You find those that make such systems like http://www.linkedin.com/company/mountain-pass-systems-llc and then ask who their competitors are.

Then you directly contact each one to ask how to submit. I don't want to upset you but only a new person to req's and such would rely on simple publishing.

For a ski town Gov.

Bob, this is for ski town Government- not a ski area. We are a Community Development Department that takes in over 10,000 building and planning permits yearly. Our current software is antiquated and is not scalable. We're looking for top vendors who develop gov. software to provide us with a better solution.

We don't submit to them. They submit a proposal to us. I'm trying to raise awareness in addition to the traditional means we usually exercise to publish.
