Is there software to convert .dwg or .dxf drawings?

I am wondering if there is any type of software that will take a .dwg or .dxf file drawing from Autocad and easily convert all dimensions from metric to imperial or standard. We currently get metric drawings from Japan and we "manually" conver each and every dimension. EXTREMELY TIME CONSUMING!!! We are a tool and die shop and this would REALLY be helpful.

Why yes there is. And it is AutoCad.

In short it's the AutoCad Scripting language as well as what they note there.

I can understand if you say you don't write scripts or software but AutoCad does supply scripting to automate such work.
