I purchased pcphoto and paid still can't download

Hello I have contacted everyone over this. I purchased through cnet pcphoto which thought was excellant deal. I get my conformations. my order number is 9889c55 on1/27/12. I am sent a product key they took my money from paypal. I can't download this I have had every type of excuse to come up now it say product has expired. They tell me to contact Cnet. I have seen 2 other ppl having same problems on one of your comment lines. Listen what is the problem. why can't I direct download from Cnet if I already paid for it ?? or why can't I download from filesstream? This is the biggest mess I have ever encountered in trying to buy a software on line. Beverly Burton

I also purchased pcphoto on January 27. They sent me an email with a link for downloading pcphoto. I opened the email, but did not have time for downloading so I marked the email as "Unread" for a later time when I had more time to spend downloading this. I somehow no longer have that email. I have scoured through my email "trash" to see if I accidentally deleted it (which I didn't think I did), but cannot find it anywhere. I, too, would like to be able to download this since I have paid for it. Please advise.
