the window does not open as it should, the max. / min. (button) does not work or even light up. is it in the chair, or in the machine, or what...

Hi davidljtn44,

We are currently looking into this issue, which a few other people have reported too. A possible cause could be if you changed your Windows OS font size from the default setting. If it is set to a larger size, that could make the TechTracker Software Manager window display incorrectly.
