CNET TechTracker forum: can't get C-Net downloads to start

can't get C-Net downloads to start

I have the C-Net Tech Tracker program and I have tried recently to download some updates. It gives me a window that says to click on "continue" or "I agree." Problem is the window is not fully opened and there is no way to scroll down to get to these buttons. What do I do please.

I haven't encountered that problem before, and am not sure exactly which point it is occurring at. Could you provide a screenshot of the issue? (Sites such as http://www.imageshack.us provide free image hosting.)
