TTPlus Will Not/Has Not Downloaded Or Installed Software

Hello TT! I bought TTPlus 6 months ago and it worked well for a couple of days on my Windows 7 machine. It downloaded and installed a gaggle of software updates. Great! It has not worked since. I cannot now download any software and even install it myself. TT seems to nicely list all my needed updates but that is it. I just reinstalled the latest version of TT but no deal. Any ideas.....?? Thanks.
