TechTracker just shows the information from its last scan

Hello manmur,
I understand that after you updated QuickTime to the latest version, TechTracker still reported that the program was out-of-date.
Remember that CNET TechTracker always just configures reports based on the information it gathered from its last scan.
In your case, you have TechTracker on a schedule to scan your system just once a week.
This infrequent schedule is bound to produce inaccurate results.
I suggest that you may want to increase the scanning frequency in the settings for TechTracker or manually initiate a scan, wait for the scan to finish, and then check your scan results.
