I need help with iPhoto i run iMac 2.5GHZ i5 with OSX 10.7.2 have tried everything but just keep coming back to same place. iPhoto will not load just comes up with menus blank and the only way to close is force quit from apple menu.

I have reinstalled iPhoto but it still didn't find my iPhoto Library. I have downloaded iPhotos Library Manager (Free Version) to try to rebuild but no joy nothing, even when I open any program that asks for photos iphoto is empty.

Assuming that you have an iPhoto Library,

make a note of where it is located.

Launch iPhoto while holding down the Option key.

When prompted for the location of your iPhoto Library, navigate there and select it.

Make any difference?
