Help needed getting IWeb onto a Verizon site

by nisenson - 1/13/11 7:03 PM

I have spent the last week trying to get my IWeb built web site onto my Verizon site. I have tried getting help from both the Verizon and Apple forums without luck. I am hoping someone here can help.
Several years ago I built a simple web page using the Verizon site builder tools. I now want to replace it with one I built using IWeb.
I saved the new site onto a folder on my desktop and then FTP (Fetch) it to Verizon. Could not find it. Someone suggested I remove all the old files/folders on the Verizon site and them FTP the new IWeb folder. That didn't work and when I type in my nisenson.com address I get a 404 not found page. I then FTP the individual files that were in the desktop folder. Still no luck.

The IWeb Site Publishing Settings:
Site Name: orin_iweb

FTP server address: ftpmysite.verizon.net
Website URL: http://mysite.verizon.net/vzeqo3x9/orinnisenson

Files inside of the orin_iweb folder:

assets.http/--mysite.verizon.net-vzeqo3x9-.plist
assets.http/--mysite.verizon.net-vzeqo3x9-orinnisenson-.plist
assets.http/--mysite.verizon.net-vzeqo3x9-orinnisenson-index.htm.plist
assets.http/--mysite.verizon.net-vzeqo3x9-orinnisenson.plist
assets.http/--nisenson.com.plist
file____Users_orinnisenson_Desktop_orin_iweb_orin_iweb_Home.html -A folder
http___mysite.verizon.net_vzeqo3x9_orinnisenson_index.htm -A folder
index.html
orin_iweb -A folder

All 3 folders seem to have the same files.

Can someone please tell me , in plain English, how I can get my IWeb site onto my Verzion site?
Thanks, Orin
