Upgraded ilfe 9 but not imovie now problems with imovie 5

We upgraded out iLife to 9 but we didn't load the iMovie 9 as we do not have a dual processor on the iBook G4 we are currently using. Went to use the iMovie 5.0.2 today to upload some video and it is only showing pink and green colors, everything is pink and green. Anyone have any thoughts on this one?

It is a free download for those who purchased iLife 08 and, I guess 09

Already have iMove HD (5.02)

The upgrade the link pointed to is for iMovie 7. I have iMovie 5 HD and am at the highest revision level.
