Pages 09 printing problem

I'm working on a lengthy monograph in Pages 09. Today, for some reason, when I tried to print some pages to proof them, the size on the printed page seems to have defaulted to 75 percent instead of 100 percent. The WYSIWYG view in page layout is just fine; it shows a full letter-sized page. But when I print, it comes out on the page reduced by 25 percent.
I tried changing the print percentage to 125 percent, and nothing changed. I exported to Acrobat, and the exported pages are all 25 percent smaller than they should be.
I have checked everything in Page Setup to make sure letter size is chosen, 100 percent is chosen, and the correct printer--my HP 2200. I tried printing on my Epson 300, and it still prints out 25 percent smaller.
The Preview thumbnail view of the first page is the correct size when I click on the file. And, as I said, the file appears to be the correct size in the page layout view. But when I select print, the thumbnail in the print dialog box shows the 25 percent reduction.
Also, I just just now installed iWork on my MacBook and copied the file over to it and tried to print; same issue.
I have a MDD G4 with 1.23 gigs of RAM; a 320 gig HD, running OS 10.5.8.
Anybody have any ideas at all?
