I've just entered a £25 gift card into my itunes account.

I found an album I like £3.99 and clicked buy, up pops the request for my password, which I enter and then I'm asked to enter my debit card details?

Shouldn't the purchase have been taken from my gift card balance which is showing at the top of the itunes page?

Risked entering my card details and the purchase was taken from the gift card - Phew!!
