2 iphones - 1 4 & 1 4s

Hi,
I wanted to know if I had to open separate accounts when using my itunes
account for the iphone 4s I recieved today? Also is it possible to
transfer information from one iphone (on itunes) to the new iphone
without affecting the old iphone?
I would appreciate any information you can provide?

Can e assume that both iPhones are still

in use with your Cell Carrier?

As to the iTunes thing, that is not a problem.

Just connect the new iPhone to iTunes, sync it and all the contacts, apps and other stuff should be on it on completion of the sync
