transferring library from one computer to another

Hi.. i need help please..
my computer hard drive crashed ( main computer) .. i have also a netbook.. which still has all my itunes library on it.. how can i transfer everything from my netbook to my new computer..
when i downloaded itunes to new computer the library was emtpy..but i do have "computer sharing" so i can access it on my new computer..but i cant sync anything to my iphone now from my new computer.. only from my netbook.. can you help please?

Do NOT connect the iPhone to the new computer

If you attempt to sync, it will wipe out everything stored on the iPhone

Wait until you have completed all the steps in the document that Bob linked to.
