Not all my Music has transferred to my Iphone from Itunes

I have recently moved my Itunes from 1 computer to another, but when i went to upload all the music from the Itunes to my Iphone it only uploaded about half of what i had in my library! I had it on auto sync and all the songs where ticked and they were all on my music folder so they had source folder! any ideas how this could happen?
