Poor Customer Service

I've been waiting over 6 weeks for a replacement TV which went wrong after only 5 months and LG don't have the parts to repair it.
Up to date i've spent over £10 on phone calls to their telephone support and they cannot give me a date for replacement even though it's apparently been approved.
I have written to the head of TV marketing at their UK office in Slough, but as yet it's been completely ignored.
Can anyone suggest another approach ???
