For the second time since we bought this TV in early November it is telling us it needs a software update, but it won't load more than 3% of the update. Previously I was able to get the update on my PC and use a thumb drive to put it onto the TV, but this time I can't find the update online. LG tells me they'll have to send a technician to reset the TV. We're so disappointed with this TV that we will most likely return it and get a different brand. Anyone else having these issues?
