Flatron IPS236 display not rendering in the morning

We have an IPS236 monitor connected to a Mac Mini. It works great except for first thing in the morning. The monitor is black and as you move your mouse around it will render the background. The user has to move his mouse around the login screen to authenticate. Once he logs in the monitor works fine.
Any suggestions.

This sounds like a Mac/PC issue and not a display issue.
