Can I plug my LG B-R player BP200 to my Sherwood 4109 receiv

Hello,

I want to plug my Bluray player, a LG-BP200 to my receiver, a Sherwood 4109, is it possible?
On the BR player, I can see a 'coaxial out' input (or output? I'm not very good at it...).
I used to plug my Toshiba DVD player in it and it worked (with the red and white RCA cable), but on the LG player, there is no RCA output except the coaxial one.

Any help will be appreciated!

http://www.lg.com/us/blu-ray-players/lg-BP200 shows it has the digital out but not Optical.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/electronics/280341/ref=pd_zg_hrsr_e_1_4_last and down the list to find a converter for your stereo I see http://www.amazon.com/AGPtek-Digital-Optical-Converter-Adapter/dp/B005DIRI6I/ has both optical and coax input.

BE AWARE YOU MIGHT STEP INTO A LIP SYNC ISSUE. It's widely discussed why and how to mitigate it so I'll stop here.

I found another way!

Thanks a lot, Bob. I finally managed to find an easier solution... I have used a cable with a 1/8'' jack (to the TV) and a RCA input to plug in the receiver, and it works!
