why won't the install wizard software see my nas drive ?

my n1t3 dd1 nas drive was working fine, then i did a reformat of my os this is when the problem started,when i run the insall wizard it dose'nt see the nas drive, its not the fire wall i tried to install with this turned off . help please !!

- What install wizard?
- What OS?
- How did you 'reformat' the OS?

And I'm afraid this forum is more for TV's and the like than for NAS. So if no help comes, try our Computer Help forum.

sorry . lg-nas install wizard, it searches for the attached drive allocates ip address and mac address,
my os is windows 7ultimate , and i did a clean install on a new ssdhd

Microsoft only supplies some basic drivers. Ask your PC's maker what else to install.
