LG Plasma won't switch inputs

Hi All, my LG model DU-42PX12X, is stuck on input 1 and won't switch to anything else, using the remote, or pushing the buttons on the TV. I can't use the channel button to change or the input button. The sensor light flashes as if it is responding, but the tv does not change. We are over the air with an antenna and we have a roku box. I have everything disconnected from the back, but the TV will still not change inputs. I know the screen is ok, as I can see that it says INPUT 1, but nothing else is happening. Any ideas? Try this.

Unplug ALL connections to the set. Including AC. Wait a few minutes (about 5) and apply AC then 2 inputs and see if it switches. If not, call it in.
