LG 42PM4700 or LG 42PW350 ?

The LG 42PM4700 replaced the 2011 LG 42PW350 and besides being a newer model, it is a Smart TV with Wi-Fi and wireless internet capabilities... The PW350 lacks those features, but aside of that, presents pretty much the same specs and costs around $150.00 less... So, do you think I should spend more to get the 2012 model or should I get the PW350 and add a streaming media player like Roku?

So far, I think the Smart TV features are too buggy.

The makers seem to leave bugs where they are, never fix them. A buddy has another model LG and it's bugs are that Picasso doesn't work the first try and it doesn't connect to the network the first time. Works fine the next time. So is it broke?

For now, until they step up to fix bugs, not worth much to me. In fact, not a dime.

Is there a reason you are going with these two models. They are kind of outdated models. You should try looking into some of the newer models. Perhaps the LM or LW models.
