I have a 2 years old LG TV (model: 32LH30). A couple of weeks ago, it turned it off by itself even I did not do anything. After that I tried to turn it on by remote, then it was on. Then this problem happened many times and I tried to reset it by unplug or turn the power off, sometime TV was on. Today, I couldn't turned it on by those ways. My TV has the power because I saw the red light on on the bottom. I mean it is no problem with the power. Then I called the LG customer care, they asked me to do some way that I have tried before, but I still did not work. I have researched on the Internet and I found many people got the problem like me. Can someone tell me what I can do now? May I have a warranty with this case because this TV was defeated. Most TV is used at least 5 years, but this one I used only two years. I don't want to pay any money for this because it is not fair. Why some people use long time, why some not. We also pay the same money for the product. Thank you so much.
