How to configure dual play in 55LW6500

I have lG 55LW6500 and I buy additional LG 3D glass for dual play. But when I start game in xbox and spilt for two user and goto TV 3D menu and try to activate Side by side -SBS option but it is deactivate. only 2D to 3D option is available. Please can you help me how i can activate this function..

Have you updated your firmware? You must also select the game mode on your console to split screen. If you go to the video options there is a side split/ top bottom split option. Check it out or post a screen shot of your problem.

Thanks for reply and I update firmware and try it to set Game mode in vedio setting also. but it is not enable sbs option. it is enable when I watching news or othe program from tv input but when i connect xbox 360 or ps2 it is disable sbs option..

The one that you have is a model from last year, right? At first, I thought that the dual play feature is only available for the 2012 models until I watched this video:

Hi! I'm sorry but I would like to know if aside from this issue that you posted are you having other issues with the TV? My friend has the same model and she's selling her tv to us because she wants to upgrade. I did try watching from it but just once. She showed me the 2d to 3d conversion. Not that I don't trust my friend but maybe there are issues she just didn't experience.

LW6500 doesn't have Dual Play feature(Maybe try upgrading your firmware). And you're gonna need special 3D glasses in order to play in Dual Play mode.

2011 models might just need to upgrade something or maybe another app. I'm not really sure. Dual play glasses is not a problem because you can buy it online for $25 per pair.

How is your console connected?

Make sure your console is connected with the proper HDMI cable - HDMI 1.4 is the only one with enough bandwidth for 3D.
