LG LV65 series Smart TV

I am trying to watch through Smart Tv.
The dongle is in and the blue light is on - The TV has been connected to my Broadband OK.
When I go into SmartTv function I click on BBc Iplayer (For example) and the TV buffers with the message
Please Wait...Optimising IPlayer for your display

Am I missing something - its doinmg my head in !!!

It appears this happens to many folk. These smart tvs are still a work in progress.

There are too many reasons for this to fail, from firewalls to us using OpenDNS to, well, too many to list here.

What were they thinking?
