Probably not. Apple sells those all as one giant assembly, probably for this specific reason. So your best bet would be to find someone selling like a liquid damaged unit on ebay for parts and cheap. Since you're not concerned about any of the electronics, who cares if the display panel they send you along with it works or not?

This time, make sure to use a hairdrier or heat gun of some sort to weaken the glue so you don't bend the aluminum housing. Not sure what they use for replacement glue, but you can check the iFixit website to see if maybe they sell something. I would assume it's just your standard modeling glue that you can get at almost any hobby store. So make sure to kind of look at the glue pattern on the part you took off to get an idea of how you should reapply the glue later. Also remember the motto for really strong glue: A little dab'll do ya. Also know that when you're done, it's never going to look quite as good as it did originally, because originally the glue was put on by a machine in a very precise pattern and amount. You will never match that level of precision, so expect that there will be some lasting effects. If you happen to know someone who's into building models from kits, get them to do it for you.
