Power Mac G5 keeps going into sleep mode by itself.

Hello,
I have a Power Mac G5 with a duel 2.5 GHz PowerPC G5 processor. It has started to go into sleep mode by itself, sometimes it is if I have a few programs open sometimes it is as soon as it boots up. Someone has previously suggested to run the repair disk permissions which hasn't work.

So if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
Also if you want any more specs just let me know.

Identical situation on my iMac

This is a new phenomenon which I can trace back to upgrading to 10.7.5. It had never occurred before, but now occurs frequently. I also detect that my iMac is running much slower under this version of the OS. I am also running Firefox Beta 18 which is very resource hungry and uses huge chunks of memory and CPU, but I have been running this for several weeks without a problem. Maybe 10.7.5 is more susceptible to low memory/low CPU than 10.7.4?
