Recently Face Time freezes up when I use it to communicate with my daughter in Austin, Texas. My internet service is via my cable provider using a Arris DG860 modem. I find this extremely annoying as it is virtually impossible to conduct a sensible conversation due to the constant freezing up of both video and audio.
Consequently, I am using this medium to ascertain whether anyone might have a solution to this problem.
Any and all comments/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
