How can I set up my email to sync between my email (give by my ISP), my blackberry/iPhone & MS Outlook?

With IMAP the mail remains on the server

and each device has a copy of what is on the server.

Delete an email on one device and it goes away on all the others.
Send an email on one device and it appears, in the sent items, on all the others.

Your ISP, whomever that is, should be able to provide you with the information necessary to configure your devices.
Be aware that your ISP may not provide an IMAP service.

An example of an IMAP mail service, mail with the suffix of .mac, .me, .icloud
If you have an Apple ID, you can create an icloud mail account.
