What Program would I use to separate audio tracks

I have been using ExpStudio but there are several issues with the program and my computer. Is there another program I can use to separate the tracks on a cassette that I downloaded to my computer? Thank you for suggestions.

Most cassettes are simply stereo so that's all of 2 tracks. Left and right. Let's say you want to put each into it's own MP3.

I assume the post is referring to making each song title a separate entity and not the actual splitting of the tracks. There are software packages that can do that for the user, if that is the desired outcome. I know one of the functions of Roxio (not free) will do just that. Audacity can do it but not quite as easily ( allot more user intervention needed).
