How Do I?

I am pretty good creating websites for myself and for my ministry
1. littlethunders.webs.com
2. thunderdomeministries.net

Furthermore I have been online since 1988 and was tutored how to use html coding. SO I mix templates with HTML coding when it is needed. So now for perhaps a dumb question:

How do I get to offer free downloads on my website(s)?
I don't plan on taking over CNET, god forbid!

I want to simply offer a few (4-10) downloads I like and or use.

1. Put the file on your website.
2. Make a link to it on one of your webpages.
3. Ask people to click on it.
That's all.

Be sure you have permission of the copyright owners. If not, just make link to their own download site. That's much better anyway, because people always get the latest version and can read a lot of useful information about what they download.
Only put things on your own website that you made yourself.

On this page alone, there are at least four errors;

Experience on the World Wide We.
then have some teach you (to uninstall programs)
using at this point i time
This site as so many downloads

Remember that your site is visible all over the world and sites that contain obvious spelling and grammar errors are viewed with some skepticism.

I don't have an answer to your actual question, but apart from spelling & grammatical errors as mentioned by someone else (which are very important), my main complaint is your use of God's name in a trivial way! (Although CNET is a fantastic resource, I doubt if whether or not you try to take it over would really worry the Creator of the universe.)
Even worse, you don't even give His name a capital "G" - perhaps you are a bit lazy in finding the shift key, but in this case it indicates a real lack of respect. Even if you don't believe in a Creator (hard to imagine how we could have all just happened by accident?) please show some consideration for the many Christians in the world who would take offence
at this; a percentage of readers of CNET's site, and no doubt your own would be Christians. Churches are still well attended despite the number of outside distractions.
I would also like to take the CNET editors to task for not carrying out their own prohibition of profanity (the obvious
example of course being the use of God's name trivially or as a swear word).
