I have the Philips HTS5131 Soundbar. When I go to Picasa, it asks me to sign in (using my email address). But when I type in the letters on the remote control, I cannot get the @ symbol to show up on the screen. Yet the symbol IS ON THE REMOTE CONTROL..
How can I get to use the @ symbol ?????

It turns out that you get to call it in and report the bug in their app. Again, this is something the TV makers are doing poorly at but unless you call it in or even return the TV they won't fix it.
Maybe there is some on-screen keyboard on this un-named TV but as that is not told, I can't check.

Calling the maker's support line. Give them one shot at explaining it and if not, pack it up and return it as defective.

I think You're right. The remote-control shows it next to the 0 button but when clicking on it only the 0 shows on screen. Like on a mobile phone, every numerical key has several funcions including upper & lower case letters. Clicking twice on the 0 key was supposed to show the @ symbol on screen. It doesn't. Assumingly it has malfunctioned. I will contact seller tomorrow.
