Some c/net videos play fine, other give me a black window.

When I click on a video link from the c/net newsletters, I'm taken to the correct page and sometimes a pic with the play button is shown (in this case the video plays fine). Other times, with the same procedure, I'm taken to the correct page, with other video's listed on the right side, but the play window is just black with no controls for the video. This happens with all browsers I have installed.

I use mostly Windows 7 & Vista computers with ALL of the software up to date. I have the latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security installed on all computers. I have the latest version of flash installed. When I get a black screen, if I right-click, select 'View page source', and scroll down to the embedded video player link and select it, I can view a low res version of the video.

This has been happening for the last few months, before that ALL c/net videos played just fine on ALL of my computers.
