yes that is the case they were a team worked it together let me look at a comp while she was away then comes tell me he stole it from here but gave it back to me to get my info off it but refused to give me the password that had been changed so where do u go iwth that to the comp man to turn it back to day one 7 times over

If you looked at these people in the eye and they returned the PC in said condition then you have a civil legal complaint to act upon.This would be some type of action to sue. If any info was stolen or somehow gotten and you know about vi, then you have criminal complaint to file with local police.

I'm trying to piece what you mentioned, but seems lost in translation, how did this PC become into the hands of this "team"? Do you now have the PC mentioned in your possession?
