How to turn Klipsch iFi iPod system wireless?

Hello,

We've been using an awesome Klipsch iFi speaker system with an iPod video for several years. My husband would now like to be able to also listen to the radio (Pandora and local stations) but we don't want to get rid of the iFi. My thought was to purchase an iPod Touch (provided it fits adequately into the dock) and use TuneIn to stream radio. Is this the best/easiest solution?

Since it's his bday, I would also love to set up multi-room listening for him. We live in a 1600-sq-ft apt, so not a huge space. Would I need to purchase Airport Express and additional airplay speakers to place in the other rooms?

Finally, is it possible to stream iTunes/Netflix digital movie audio through airplay speakers?
