How do I remove MSN mail from Laptop?

I have the same MSN e mail account on 2 desktops and 1 laptop computer. I want to give the laptop to my grandson but need to get the e mail off. When I delete an e mail from the laptop it deletes it from my other computers. How do I remove this without destroying my e mail account?

Clarification request: Did you try creating a new Windows account?

On the machine did you try making a new user (make it admin capable) and then log into that new user then back to manage users and delete the old user you want gone?
