just quit working after months/years of working just fine. icon just keeps revolving... never does anything else. I have tried all the fixes I can find online. Would like to uninstall/install but need to save my contacts and emails first. How do I do that since I can not open wlm to export them?

wlm will not work

Yes... I have tried so many things... no luck. Might have to give in and take it to a pc shop. Would like to re-install wlm but not sure how to back up my contacts and emails since I can not open wlm to get to them Trying KLS backup but not confident that I can restore everything.
