Windows says a "program" is preventing Magentic from working

Windows can't find the problem an neither can I. Themes and screensavers won't work now. How can I identify the problem. Already added Magentic as "allowed" and it worked for mos. then suddenly quit. Help!

LCD screens don't need screensavers to stay healthy. So not using them doesn't mean damage.

Now it's up to you to decide if this is important enough for you to justify a clean reinstall of the OS.
